Why we exist

After more than a decade running billing operations for hospital systems and large groups, our founding team kept hearing the same complaint from solo physicians and small group practices: “Our billing company is fine, I guess.”

That word — fine — was the problem. Fine meant claims aging quietly past 60 days. Fine meant denials nobody bothered to appeal. Fine meant monthly reports nobody could read, and a 5% fee for the privilege.

Big systems get sophisticated billing because they can afford in-house teams. Small practices get whatever a generalist offshore vendor will provide. We built OmniBridge to close that gap.
